Rustic details like burlap and burnt wood wall coverings complement the bold flavors and classic dishes with creative twists. A custom 30-foot open kitchen feeds into the space’s bustling energy.

GIRL & THE GOAT

One of Chicago’s most loved restaurants, Girl & the Goat has a special place in our history as the restaurant that launched Studio K. We still work closely with Executive Chef Stephanie Izard and the Boka team today as we work on designing Girl & the Goat’s first Los Angeles location!

PERSONAL TOUCH

The artwork (pictured left) is done by artist Quang Hong. It’s inspired by a similar piece of his that hangs in Chef Izard’s bedroom.  

BACK STORY 

The restaurant’s back bar is built from salvaged vintage fire boxes.
