Office Manager/Executive Assistant 

Studio K is a Chicago based interior design firm with an exciting portfolio of projects.  Ranging from restaurants, bars and hotels to luxury student housing, our unique projects span the country.  We are seeking an administrative professional to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, self-starter who possesses the ability to help run our day to day office functions smoothly.

Administrative responsibilities include:

  • Answering all general phone calls

  • Greeting guests/clients upon entrance

  • Directing and coordinating office services related activities such as mail, supplies, office organization and setting up the conference room for client meetings

  • Assisting with executive administration tasks to include scheduling, client correspondence, booking travel

  • Implement new systems allowing the office to run efficiently on a day to day basis

  • Supervises maintenance of office equipment including copier, scanner, printing supplies etc.  

Marketing Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with portfolio management

  • Working with the PR team to manage media requests/submissions

  • Helping to schedule media interviews/appearances

Hard Skill Requirements

  • Highly tech-savvy with a strong understanding of our Google email platform

  • A strong understanding of the full adobe suite including Photoshop and InDesign

  • Skilled in MS Office Suite preferably having a strong understanding of MS Excel
